Dear friends, fans, members of the forum and the Rasselbande (Rascals),

Sven and me are busy with the preparations for the concert in Döbeln in April and also with the re-release of the "An Impossible Dream" album this year.

Regarding the album re-release:
Currently we are planning that this will be a Double-CD release where CD1 will be the original album finalized with some up-to-date mastering techniques and CD2 will contain lots of remixes and long versions. If all goes well the release date is planned for summer.

Regarding the concert in April:
Due to the fact that there is still a lot of work to do for the album re-release, which means you will have to wait some more time before you can actually listen to the final CD, we have decided to pick a few of the remixes which are already finished and present them at the concert in Döbeln. This means that the playlist will contain at least three (or more) songs which we have never played live before or have not played in this version before. We are sure that it will be an exciting and unusual concert for you because the playlist will be quite different from the concerts we did in the past. Of course many of the hits will be included as well.

And I think that Sven will come up with another exciting episode of the Twins history very soon, including many unseen photos which were discovered recently

After the soon be ended wintersleep these are the best news for spring!  

The fact that you make a second CD is a brilliant idea and I think it's a beautiful anniversary gift to the lof of fans of the Twins all arround the world. I am very excited about the new remixes and the long versions, which as a maxi-single collector I appreciate especially .

The concert in Döbeln seems a special act to be! I think it's good that the Twins live performance takes longer than before, with such a large number of good tracks from all previous albums, it might be playing 2.5 - 3 hours . Especially playing some unreleased remix versions is something that is particularly innovative. I'm looking forward to it.

PS: my opportunities to travel to Döbeln rises from day to day

Ahh, great news, thanks for sharing them with us Ronny dear.

I will be curious of the new versions, and I am extremelly looking forward to reading the next episode of the history by Swen.
